Nikky originally studied to become a graphic designer and went to KIAD in Canterbury for her Foundation year.
She then planned to continue her graphic design studies at Falmouth Uni, but choose photography instead. Although it was a tough decision!
After uni she naturally fell into recruitment and really enjoyed matching creatives with creative opportunities.
After working for some of the top recruitment agencies in London for 8 years, she moved to Folkestone and set up Nikky Lyle Creative.
We welcome pitches from leaders who align with our values and purpose.
This is our manifesto.
Can the creative industry be challenging? Sure! But it doesn’t have to be that way.
With the right guidance,
opportunities can be endless.
We hear a lot of talk about sacrifice and drive, but we believe in helping people.
In real life. Face to face.
So when creative talent shines, we will hold it up.
And when businesses do right by their people, we’ll bring them the best of the bunch.
We are Nikky Lyle Creative.
Creative Recruitment with conscience.
